Lidany Santana, Jorge Santana

Santana & Plants Corp was born in 2022 as a project rooted in potential and family love. It all began when Lidany Santana decided to start a business selling and delivering plants to homes and businesses. Lidany’s inspiration and first choice partner in the new venture was her father, Jorge.
 

Before Jorge Santana came to the United States, he spent much of his life in Cuba, dedicating himself to learning the science of plant cultivation and successfully growing plants at scale.
 

Jorge’s passion for plants was always a seed in the Santana family, one that never stopped growing, even though circumstances brought the family to another country. But it was Lidany who inspired and taught him how the plant business worked in their new world. Lidany showed her father everything, from the sales process to the delivery service, and how they could expand to get Santana's grown plants into the landscapes of other nature lovers. Lidany and Jorge learned together how to build a business from scratch, with Jorge contributing his experience in caring for and loving every plant they grow.
 

Today, the two Santanas operate Santana Plants Corp, hand in hand as owners. With Jorge being the green-thumbed heart that ensures each plant is at its best before finding a permanent home in the ground, and Lidany focused on logistics and growth, nurturing business expansion. Lidany and Jorge complement and support each other, and every day they share in the pride of delighting their customers and seeing the company thrive. For the Santanas, it's not just a business; it's a legacy of a family passion they now cultivate together through their plants.
